Memorial Service for Sid held at St Viators Chapel, Las Vegas NV on Wednesday 22nd June 2005. The Service was conducted by Father Richard Rinn, Pastor of St. Viator. Father Richard had met Sid on a couple of occasions socially over the past few years, but at Sid's request, he went to see and talk with him during Sid's stay at UMC.

The service was attended by more than 60 people which included family, friends, fellow musicians and fans. Three eulogy's were read, the first by Mr John Williams, the second was read by Craig on behalf of Jane and the third was read by Bob Taylor on behalf of Sid's Sister, Jackie. The service started at 7pm and lasted approx. 30 minutes. After the service, many remained in the courtyard to socialize and reminisce about Sid and to offer each other comfort.

The service was uplifting, positive and reflected what Sid would have wished.
